Like all online stores, purchases from SocialFrame are subject to the Distance Selling Act. This means consumers have a right of return , but this does not apply to custom-made products .

Many of our products are custom-made to order with your chosen text, photo, or design . As a result, most items are excluded from the right of return , and the purchase is not covered by the standard 14-day cooling-off period .

These products have a 14-day cooling-off period , during which you can return the item unused and in its original condition.
📩 How do you return a product?

2️⃣ The product must be returned unused and in its original condition .
3️⃣ Return costs are at the buyer's expense .
4️⃣ We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt .
